Peoples Climate March

It seems like the classic Deuteronomic dilemma.  We choose blessing.  Or we choose curse.  The alarm should be enough but we also need the signs that your Spirit is at work with us--collaborating.  I need personal steps as well.  Here I drink my bottled water.  Here I drive my car within biking distance of my office.  I know I participate in the denigration of the gifts you have given us.  But I am aware that we need macro solutions along with the personal conviction.  Help me to find a way.  Help us to find a way.  May the march and the movement over these past two days crystallize in our hearts so that we move mountains--not for fracking or another war or even to make another superhighway for trade.  May we move mountains to restore, renew, and work in concert with the earth you have given us.  Creator of the Universe, work with us.  Amen.
